HR Compensation & Benefits and Recruitment Manager

**General
- Oversee the development and implementation of HR initiatives to support the Company;
- Guiding and managing the overall provision of HR service, policies & programs;
- As a proactive HR business partner, maintain strong liaison and working relationship with business department and provide effective solutions on people practices and human resources processes;
- Act as an advisor and provide value added solutions to the business in the area of recruitment, compensation & benefits, learning & development, etc…
- Lead and develop/train HR team as well as ensuring the optimal structure is in place;
- Formulate and recommend Human Resource policies that keep the Company abreast of current practice and informed of new developments;
- Directs the preparation and maintenance of reports that are necessary to carry out functions of the department;
- Protects the interests of both employer and employee in accordance with the company's human resources policies and appropriate governmental laws and regulations;
- Coordinate with regional head office in HK and other BU HRs for HR projects;
- Under any circumstances, to give a quality image of her belonging to the DACHSER GROUP Enthusiasm, Professionalism, Straightforwardness;
*Manpower planning
- Make manpower planning by organization analysis and ensure optimization of resources in each branch/ department organization structure;
- Ensure all recruitment needs are fulfilled through effective recruitment channel and process;
- Work with Management on workforce planning, regarding quality/ quantity/ source of talents;
- Submit monthly HR reports accurately and timely, including organization chart, contact list, turnover rate, HC report, etc.
- Make record of leaves management, and report regularly;
*Compensation & Benefits
- Implement C&B strategy and program, ensure the internal equity and external competitiveness;
- Identify the areas for improvement for both office and field force through market intelligence study;
- Support Management to set up and maintain salary structure and payroll policy & procedure;
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly payroll/labor cost report, including coordinate with agencies for the payment and social insurances submission;
- Support Management to participate annual salary survey and submit data;
*Communication
- Support Management on handling employee relationships;
- Provide consultancy/advise to line managers on employee grievances and disciplinary case;
- Advice line managers in interpretation and application of human resources policies;
- Implement effective communication plan ensuring all levels of employees goals aligned with business goals;
- Drive positive employee relations through development and application of policies, practices and programs that drive employee involvement and ownership.
*Performance Management
- Facilitate the performance management cycle of each branch office under the corporate guideline;
- Responsible for the performance training and feedback collection;
- Update performance schedule and summarize final result to Management;
- Manage employee file both in hard copies and on HR system to keep performance appraisal, leave record and personal data up to date.
*Training and Development
- Support HR Regional and Management work with each office/department to identify the development needs of employees and propose solutions;
- Ensure that the full spectrum of training and development activities are implemented smoothly;
- Facilitate regular Talent Review and Succession Planning, and ensure the individual development plans are well implemented;
- Be responsible for delivering the orientation program for office staff, work closely with each branch office to provide the suggestions on programs and vendors
*HR Administration
- Responsible for probation review and labor contract/dispatched contract/outsourced contract renew issues;
- Keep in complete secrecy all confidential information received in the course of her duty from the Management of the Company or other sources;
- Under any circumstances, to give a quality image of her belonging to the DACHSER GROUP Enthusiasm, Professionalism, Straightforwardness;
- Any others additional task and duties required by the Management
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor or Master Degree holder in Human Resources, business or related field
*Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in in HR function area, preferably in multi-national forwarding company;
- Rich experiences in HR function with at least 3 years overall HR management, preferably in multi-national forwarding industry
*Language Skills:
- Fluent English both in written and speaking;
