Functional reportees: HR Admin, Receptionist and Admin Assistant


Job Profile
The Human Resource and Admin Manager will lead and oversees the routine functions of the General Office Administration in HCMC and all HR related functions in HCMC, Hanoi and Danang offices including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, employee relations programs and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.


HUMAN RESOURCES
1. Recruitment - Contribute actively in planning the whole recruitment cycle.
2. On boarding and Induction - including updating office manuals and circulate them.
3. Attendance and Leave management and Punctuality report - Track the attendance, leave balance.
4. Salary Processing / Payroll - Maintain the complete updated database of all employees in payroll in specified excel sheet.
5. Performance Management - Track Probation reviews with timelines and ensure outcomes are communicated formally through company’s letters. Communicate the process of annual / midyear appraisals, receive, verify the forms and share the consolidated outcome in specified formats.
6. Employee Relations Engagement and Separation
7. Employee Data Management
8. Good understanding and Updating Labour laws in relation to employee and employer matters

ADMINISTRATION
9. Overseeing and executing the office management function - including office stock and promotional items purchase, make sure costs and quality of purchased goods are excellent. Coordinate with the Marketing team and responsible for managing the logistic and administration functions in organizing the company’s public and promotional events successfully
10. Employee Engagement Activities - Coordinate and manage a wide range of employee engagement activities such as annual trip outings, network luncheons, health check, office gatherings, staff anniversaries etc. on regular basic.

Preferred Education Background:
• Bachelor in Human Resources, or Social Sciences, Business Administration
Preferred Work Experience:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR and Admin
• A career in a service focus/customer centered culture organization will be an asset
Preferred Skill Set:
• Good knowledge of computer - Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Competent in English communication
• Good planning and organization
• Coaching, Monitoring, Management and Leadership skills
• Problem solving
• Time Management
