HR Executive (Temporary Seven-Month contract)

Baker & McKenzie's Ho Chi Minh City office is looking for an HR Executive to assist the Talent Management team in HR operations and administrative tasks, recruitment and other HR projects. This position is on a temporary contract of seven months.
Main responsibilities:
• Work closely with the Talent Management team and Operations & Facilities Management team to run daily HR operations in Ho Chi Minh City office;
• Assist in recruitment, such as posting jobs, screening CVs, scheduling interviews and communication with candidates;
• Assist in employee on-boarding and departure process in compliance with the Firm's process;
• Ensure employee data and filing is well maintained and updated;
• Implement HR projects at local office as instructed by the supervisor;
• Coordinate with the regional Learning and Leadership team to arrange training for employees and new joiners;
• Prepare HR-related reports;
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields;
• Experience in similar junior HR role;
• Good written and spoken English, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Attention to detail and high sense of responsibility;
• High level of discretion, diplomacy and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality;
• Good computer skills (Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Skype for business or similar)
