+ 01 staff in Ha Noi (Bac Ninh City)
+ 01 staff in Ho Chi Minh

*Key Responsibility
- HR:
• To carry out and oversee HR procedures (recruitment, employment, performance appraisal, payroll slip, compensation & benefits, training, termination of employment...) as Company’s relevant regulations to ensure the Company’s HR policies & procedures are implemented correctly and in timely manner;
• To carry out and administer insurance procedures in the Company to ensure that the insurance regimes applied in the Company are in accordance with relevant laws of Vietnam and ensure legitimate insurance rights for the employees;
• To timely update changes in labor law & regulations and other labor-related laws & regulations and report to Team leader for proper application in the Company;
• To assist Team leader in handling employees’ questions and helping resolve work-related problems;
• To maintain personnel files and records of all employees to ensure efficient provision of the information when needed;
• To do administrative jobs of the Division and to perform other duties as assigned by the superiors from time to time or as the situation dictates.

- Admin
• Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents
• Make travel arrangements for staffs
• Provide assistance with different budgeting and bookkeeping activities
• Update daily expenses, follow up the payables and receivables, prepare annual estimates of expenditure, maintaining budgetary and making recommendations to management;

Yêu cầu công việc

• 1 - 2 years of experience in HR – Admin position
• University degree in HR management, Employee Relations, or related fields
• Basic knowledge of labor laws
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to schedule and priorities activities and to negotiate conflicting demands
• Budget and Project Management skills
• Ability to plan, co-ordinate and facilitate key projects and events
• Tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline

*Common requirements:
• Excellent command of English (written & verbal)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills dealing with non-finance functions
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Outlook and accounting software
