C&B

  • Manage of C&B team with payroll activity, monthly personal income tax (“PIT”), social/health/unemployment insurance
  • Manage all process of new hires, termination, labor contract, onboarding docs and reports
  • Consult and update to associates and clients with all legal/ labor and service related issues.
  • Consultant of bonus/commission policy and other human capital management framework to enhance people performance and engagement

Learning

  • Manage all Learning Objective to improve quality and performance for members as requested from HRBP and Manager

Employee Engagement & Relation

  • Create and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement and reduce turnover
  • Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee sentiment
  • Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement through various HR initiatives.

HR Metrics and Reporting

  • Design and manage performance rating processes to recognize and reward exceptional performance
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance feedback and improvement plans.
  • Establish HR metrics to track key HR performance indicators.
  • Report directly to Head of HR for HR practices
Yêu cầu công việc
  • Advantageous to have 3+ years of People Operations/Human Resources related experience.
  • Strong knowledge of labour/compliance laws
  • Experience with employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, performance cycles, leaves of absence, immigration matters and offboarding);
  • Support employees and improve employee experience by providing end to end HR solution to solve their issues;
  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics.
  • Humility, flexibility, and good interpersonal & customer facing skills
