- Review and propose HR structures; allocate and assign the team to appropriate duties and responsibilities to improve HR services.
- Review and complete Job Descriptions of HR team and other key managers in the Company.
- Review employee orientation and revise it understandable, observable, practical approaches
- Quarterly review organizational chart and revise it in response to business changes, employee rotation, promotion and retrenchment.
- Review and propose employee benefits upon employee’s productivity and efficiency such as productivity bonus, multi-task assignments, seasoning workload performance and other appropriate schemes.
- Follow up the weekly, monthly report of managers. Ensure that they provide timely with reasonable content in line with their positions, job duty and assignments.
- Welcome guests and arrange the public visit to our new factory for the purpose of branding (graduated students in Universities, colleges)
- Understand the social compliances of SA 8000 and assist the team to build up fully related policies in line with such standard.
- Taking part in 5s appraisal team and coordinate with team committee to enhance 5S policy to across the factories.
- Taking care of other public activities related to CanCham, AmCham and Euro Cham. Creating the relationship and giving such relationships to sales team
- Soft skills training: presentation, communication, negotiation and others are under his capabilities
- Recruit key management positions.
- Canteen and meal re-arrangement upon your experience in former companies
- Organize and plan to call donations for Dan On Foundation
- Other necessary tasks
Yêu cầu công việc
- Excellent decision making and leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Fluent in English & Vietnamese, both oral and written
- Full understanding of all current Vietnamese labour laws and other employment related laws and regulations
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management/ Business Administration or related field required
- 3+ years of human resources management experience with day-to-day HR operations
