1. HUMAN RESOURCES OPERATIONS

  • Administration of HR Policies, procedures the area of Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Performance Management and Organization Development.
  • Closely working with HOD to Forecast manpower deficits and surpluses and recommend strategic plans for maintaining optimal staffing level to cope with operation needs.
  • Gather information and provide suggestions on improvements & change that need to be made for Company Management Policies.
  • Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on procedures and make sure of the compliance at company.
  • Responsible for performance management:
  • Monitor the performance appraisal of employees. Coordinate and support to all team members to complete their Goal by Setting, Half Year review and submit for Goal achievement by the end of year.
  • Propose and establish benefit policy base on Annual Performance Management for employee’s motivation.
  • Responsible for employee relation:
  • Cooperate with Board of Directors and Executive Board of Trade Union to build relevant policies for employee relation.
  • Ensure discipline cases to be implemented as regulation of the Company and Labor Codes.
  • Responsible for compliance:
  • Make sure that all relevant works are following the relevant regulations.
  • Be responsible for annual audit results from third party, SEHC,…
  • Update latest regulations or changes of relevant Laws and advise Board of Directors accordingly.
  • Local authority relation
  • Work and communicate with the local Authorities and Government in Dong Nai Province.

2. GENERAL AFFAIRS

  • Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities such as: Factory Facility, Security, Cleaner, Canteen, Fire Prevention & Fighting, Car rental, Air ticket, WP, TRC, …
  • In charge on RBA Compliance (CSR & EHS)
Yêu cầu công việc
  • University graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, or relevant fields.
  • Advanced training courses in HR Management.
  • At least 05 years of experience in the relevant position.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Labor Law.
  • Good English in both written and verbal skills.
  • Know Korean in an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
