Responsibilities: The HR Manager is responsible for:
- Managing all aspects of shore-based personnel administration;
- Supervising the implementation of HR Department procedure as planned and executed;
- Verifying that the qualifications and experience of new recruits ashore are genuine;
- Managing the selection and engagement of all shore-based personnel, in accordance with the SMMS procedures;
- Controlling, briefing, interviewing, screening and hiring all shore-based personnel;
- Implementing personnel decisions made by the Management;
- Informing the Management of shore-based personnel engagement and employment problems;
- Anticipating in co-operation with the department heads the future Company's needs for recruitment and informing the General Director and/or
Deputy GD on manpower planning;
- Checking application forms and previous Company's records for each candidate prior to engagement and deal with the same after engagement;
- Resolving personnel disputes and ensuring smooth completion of same;
- Ensuring the control/ monitoring of documents and certificates of staff;
- Implementing salary, pension and welfare schemes.
Performance measurement:
- Manpower planning;
- Office personnel’s retention rate;
- Communication of the Company’s policy within the department;
- Job satisfaction of the department staff;
- Resource management within the department;
- Office staff training and awareness achievements;
- Relative to his/her department management programmes achievements as described in Chapter 7.6 of SMS manual.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Age from 35 - 45
- Previous experience on personnel matters;
- Good communication ability;
- Working knowledge of the English language;
- A well-established work experience in related fields;
- Adequate PC knowledge;
- Good knowledge of national legislation and international regulations.
