  • Workforce Planning
  • Liaise with Line Managers across the Company for annual headcount plan
  • Control HC plan as approved by the Management
  • Recruitment
  • Communicate with Hiring Manager to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goals
  • Define job description and document specifications
  • Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
  • Have ability to influence Executive Search Companies to support in getting the right candidates for vacancies of supervisory or managerial position in time-effective manner
  • Conduct interviews
  • Follow-up references and check credits
  • Present shortlisted candidates
  • Present detailed candidate profile summaries
  • Research into competitors and market place
  • Training & Development
  • Conduct a training need analysis and formulate training plan for the whole company
  • Roll out training plan as approved by the management in a timely and effective manner
  • Organize induction program for New Hires
  • Organize on-the-job training programs
  • Support Line Managers in setting employee development plans
  • Follow up and ensure the employee development plans are implemented adequately and effectively
  • Maintain records of employee participation in all training and development programs

  • Job Requirement:
  • 04/05 years of experience in recruiting or similar HR role
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Good knowledge of candidate selection methods
  • Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • BS degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Report to General Manager of HR & Admin
  • Manage a team of 05 recruitment staff members
  • Skills and abilities:
  • Fluently in both written and spoken English, Interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership skills such as (1) clear and effective communications, verbal and written, (2) influencing others, (3) Coaching & training, (4) effective time management
  • Strong working knowledge of operational procedures
  • A high level of personal integrity, professionalism and confidential
  • Work independently, withstand high pressure
  • Experiences:
  • Male/ Female at least 5 years of managerial experience in recruitment & training
  • Experience in Japanese working environment is preferred
