Job Brief

We’re on the lookout for a skilled Human Resources Manager to manage HR programs across the company - everything from recruiting and onboarding to performance management and compensation. You will be providing full spectrum of HR management and administration support to Company’s HR System, Training & Development, Hiring, Payroll and other Employee Relation functions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the HR strategies in coordination with Board of Director and Department Heads (especially Finance & Accounting Department)
  • Design compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company’s strategic plan
  • Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation about human rights and pay equity
  • Monitor and solve problems regarding C&B policies & tasks
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relationships, training and compensation process; monitor and make improvements as required
  • Prepare periodic reports for management with recommendations and trends
  • Work closely with the Trade Union in the employee engagement activities
  • Represent the company to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience working as a HR manager or in a similar position preferred
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of local and federal laws and HR best practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory; Master’s is a plus
  • Proven experience developing and executing strategies designed to improve employee morale
  • Proven experience developing and implementing solutions to highly complex situations that call for ingenuity and creativity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal communications skills

Reporting:

  • You will report directly to the CEO with a dotted line to the COO
