Yêu cầu công việc

1. Education
- Vietnamese with university degree.
- Excellent in English
- HRBP knowledge
- Professional HR best practices qualification
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications
2. Experience in Human Resources Manager
- Very details in job and accuracy
- Minimum 7 years working experience in the HR Manager of foreign companies (Furniture is preferred)
- Solid background in Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Good experience in KPI system
- Strong TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
- Strong knowledge of HR Practices system
- Budgeting and cost control
- Leadership skill and professional service
- Previous experience using HR software
- Overall knowledge in manufacturing practices
- Ability to work independently and under high pressure in a team spirit
- To be willing to travel if necessary
