Beside implementing the detailed HR tasks such as: recruitment, social insurance declaration, calculating salary, training for the newcomers, attendance checking, the position we are looking for needs to handle the below tasks:
• Innovate HR management
• Build HR policy and guideline for HQ and branches
• Build KPI and evaluation guideline
• Build recruiting and Key position staff managing guideline
• Improve working culture
• Other admin work assigned by Director

Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field
• At least 5 years’ experience at manufacturer with the size = 100 staffs or HR consulting companies
• Experienced at stock-listed company and the legal procedures relating to stock-listed company is an advantage
• Fluent English skills, Able to speak Korean is a plus
• Good understanding of labor laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ethical standards
