What You’ll Be doing:

  • Perform administrative duties of the Head Office and other representative offices under the assignment of General Manager.
  • Translate various office documents.
  • Liaise with external vendors to support the execution and administration of corporate documents and activities.
  • Uses business software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office) to prepare correspondences, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc.
  • Receive, screen and direct incoming calls, visitors, mails and emails.
  • Maintains physical and electronic files, records, calendars and diaries.
  • Prepares various reports in alignment with procedures and guidelines.
  • Procure corporate assets, office equipment and other relevant purchases.
  • Arrange business travel, coordinate meeting arrangements, and/or track expenses.
  • Issuing new employees with enrollment documents.
  • Conducting employee orientations.
  • Explain and support employee benefits.
  • Support HR processes and procedures and ensure compliance with statutory and company guidelines.

Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant fields.
  • Proficiency in English and Vietnamese both spoken and written.
  • Mandarin proficiency will definitely be an added advantage.
  • Proven track record in managing office administration and supporting HR functions.
  • Good knowledge of local labour laws.
  • Understands and maintains high employee confidentiality.
  • Resourceful, good time management, and organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to both internal and external stakeholders, able to collaborate and work with people across different levels from our global offices.
  • Friendly, professional, empathy and approachable demeanor.
  • Meticulous, attentiveness and honesty.
  • Experience with administrative work proficiency in Google Workspace (G-Suite) and Microsoft Office.
  • This role will be based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
