1. HR Administration (50%)
• Manage HR Administration: Letter of delegation of authority, Letter of Assignment, Job description, organization chart, Annual Leave, headcount, personal accident & medical Insurance, office access system, HR System administration (Workday), etc…
• Monitor and handle local regulatory requirements for expatriate staff and their family members, including but not limited to work permit, entry visa, temporary residence etc…
• Prepare and handle business registration to the local authority for the branch
• Prepare and update timely department operation manual.
• Prepare and monitor HR reports: Late/ Leave report, Headcount report, report to Local Authorities.
• Work with various vendors: travel providers, hotels and public officers to resolve administration issues.
• Monitor secretary work
• Other tasks assigned by Department Head
2. C&B ( backup - 50%)
• Complete monthly/annually personal income tax declaration for employees, or expatriates and report to Tax Department. Contact Tax authorities on new issues of personal income tax and inform to employees promptly.
• Experience in managing C&B Budget
• Declare list of new staffs, resigned staffs, maternity leave and sick leave to Social Insurance Agency monthly
• Support to execute payroll for staffs

• Bachelor degree
• At least 5-year related experience, strong passion in HR work
• Knowledgeable of related laws and regulations
• Efficient in both teamwork and independent work
• Strong ownership and execution in work, logical thinking, and multi-task capability
• Good communication and writing in both Vietnamese and English
