Report to HR: Manager
Working Place: Hanoi
Recruitment and Training
• Organize and handle recruitment activities to ensure that recruitment process is efficient and equitable.
• Recruit employees in a timely and cost effective manner.
• Retain employees and ensure that all functions have highly engaged and performing employees,
• Develop and implement effective induction programs for new employees.
• Produce employee/development programs as requested.
• Organize training indoor or outdoor class as yearly Training Program.
Payroll and Welfare
• Manage company payroll accurately...
• Prepare summary reports in the areas of salaries, compensation & benefits as per required.
• Take care of welfare and benefit program as per Knauf Vietnam company policies and Vietnam law.
• Organize and manager employee personal records and database.
• Analyze organizational pay practices in order to provide recommendations to management.
• Provide reports on a regular basis to assist HR Manager.
• Other related tasks assigned by supervisor.
Yêu cầu công việc
Sex: Female
Education Degree in Business Management or related fields.
Working Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a HR role.
- Understand Vietnam Labor Law.
- Have experience in HR area...
Specific Knowledge
- Good in English both ( Writing & Speaking)
- Good knowledge in MS Office,
Other Requirement
- Good people skills, strong communication, able to meet deadlines.
- Work well with other teams, confident, proactive and highly honest.
