Key Result Areas & Responsibilities
Responsible for the full spectrum of HR function
• Recruitment and Staffing, including on- and off-boarding
• Responsible for entire payroll process, statutory compliance & timely disbursement of salary
• Handle the annual salary review process and related C&B matters
• Supports Performance Management & Review process
• Handles all regional reports for submission to Regional HR
• Responsible for compensation & benefits administration, including salary reviews
• Drive employee engagement
Yêu cầu công việc
• At least 2 years of HR experience
• Well versed in local employment legislation and other industrial instruments
• Good communication skills
• Good spoken and written English is a prerequisite
