- Employee two – way communications.
- Employee engagement activities (Outing, teambuilding and other staff activities)
3. Initiate and execute activities in cooperating with corporate function related to Nestle Youth Initiative & Employee Volunteering Programs

2. Min 5 years working in HR (Training, Organization Development, Employee Relation, HRBP)
3. Good English communication skills
4. Good knowledge of local labor law and practices

6. Strong interpersonal/ communication/ influencing/ presentation/ stakeholders management skills
