1. JOB PURPOSE
- Be HR Generalist.
- Develop and accomplish the HR system & strategy, Employee and Labor relations for whole company.
2. DUTIES
2.1. Recruitment
- Designing the job description;
- Building the candidate’ sources, recruitment and integration planning;
- Responsible for maintaining recruitment KPIs. Recruitment reports (Turnover rate, headcount…) and analysis of recruitment data.
- Direct working with department about recruitment requirement.
- Conduct interviews and select candidates.
- Conduct orientation training & support new comer in on-boarding process.
- Continuous Improvement the recruitment activities.
2.2. HR system & strategy
- Building a HR information system with full, clear and readily available information.
- Implement the KPIs and performance appraisal process;
- Building & control HR budget
- Understand & maintain HR system according to ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001, HACCAP & BRC version 6.
- Build & maintain the policies about C&B, the company regulations in according with the regulation of the law.
- Continuous Improvement HR systems in professional, reducing the implement time & high efficiency.
2.3 Employee and Labor relations for whole company.
- Make the exit interview to find the root cause of resignation.
- Monitor the procedure about discipline, termination.
- Coordinate with Communication Department in the organization of internal event.
- Be representative of HR in the audit for quality management system (ISO, BRC, social responsibility audit…). Make the correction action.
- Handle & coordinate to handle emergency situations: epidemics, occupational accidents...
- Observe and improve processes, images... to build a more professional company culture.
Yêu cầu công việc
1 Physical: Able to work under high pressure. Ability to adapt to change & flexible.
2 Knowledge:
- Qualifications: Graduated in Human Resource Management or related fields.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Computing: Proficiency in word, excel, power point, outlook & office tools.
3 Experience: At least 4 years working experience..
4 Skill: Good communication, Training & Presentation, Negotiation, Teamwork & Management.
5 Attitude: Honest, enthusiastic, positive thinking & good emotion control.
