Mô tả công việc

The Human Resources Executive is responsible for the delivery of HR functions under his/her assigned areas. Duties include but not limited to those listed below:
- To deliver and administer Compensation and Benefit program (attendance, payroll, insurance, benefit programs,..)
- To handle employees’ inquiries regarding C&B policies, procedures, and programs.
-To provide counsel and assistance to employees in accordance with the company's policies and procedures as well as relevant legislation.
-To maintain and regularly update a database of the Government’s rules and regulations with regard to HR and Labor issues and report promptly on respective changes/amendments of those rules and regulations.

Yêu cầu công việc

- University degree or equivalent in the relevant field of studies.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in human resources functions
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Labor law and labor issues.
- Good Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
