* Who will you report to: HR manager

  • Carry out the recruitment process, paying particular attention to advertising, screening and administration of new hires. 
  • Conduct and coordinate induction training for new staff.
  • Liaise with Support staff managers and Faculty on the development of up to date Job Descriptions.
  • Administer monthly attendance record and leave report.
  • Communicate and explain the organization's HR policies to the employees, make sure company policies are strictly followed by staff.
  • Maintain an up to date record of Staff personnel file.
  • Source and obtain specialist to conduct training when needed.
  • Coordinate staff performance assessment program.
  • Carry out the grievance procedures.
  • Conduct exit interviews and exit formalities for leaving staff.
  • Organize team building activities
  • Prepare pay roll statement
  • Manage workplace safety issues
  • Perform other tasks as required.
  • Working time: 8 hours/day, from Monday to Friday

Qualification and Experience Requirements 

  • University degree
  • At least 1-2 years experience in the HR field
  • Deep knowledge of Vietnamese labor law 
  • Good communication skills and Ms. Office skills 
  • High sense of responsibility
  • Willing to learn; strong teamwork spirit; can work under high pressure
