Position Overview:

  • The Human Resources Manager will responsible for full spectrum of human resources management which include of headcount planning & reporting, recruitment & talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, rewards & recognitions, performance management, employee relations & communication, learning & development, talent management, and overall well-being of employees Reporting to: General Manager, Ecolab Vietnam & Indochina


Responsibilities:

  • Own full spectrum of human resources management which include of headcount planning & reporting, recruitment & talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, rewards & recognitions, performance management, employee relations & communication, learning & development, talent management, and overall well-being of employees.
  • Manage payroll administration and required statutory contributions, timely compiling and submission of HR reports
  • Administer employee benefits programs and recommend changes to ensure competitiveness.
  • Execute HR best practices, policies, procedures, and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Lead employee on/off boarding process and procedure.
  • Responsible for maintaining personnel files and employee database ensuring they are up to date.
  • Work with leaders and employees to establish and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Assist in developing sources of qualified candidates, screening, testing and selection of applicants.
  • Provide support to key HR processes such as annual performance review, compensation planning, communication, and performance management.
Yêu cầu công việc
  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business administration or related fields
  • At least 3 years of experience in C&B Strategy from corporate or consulting firm is preferable
  • Have experience from C&B project
  • At least 7 years of professional HR Generalist experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative and follow up on assigned projects; strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of applicable local country laws governing employment, working conditions, income tax, social insurance etc.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and PC literate
