This position is responsible for all HR related activities at all operations.
Recruitment and on-boarding:
- Screen, interview, evaluate candidates and provides counseling to managers on candidate selection to fill vacant positions;
- Source passive candidates through referrals, networking, internet searches, communities, etc;
- Maintain good relationships with each candidate and keep a list of high potentials;
- Build talent pipeline for today and future needs;
- Manage the hiring process including smooth on-boarding and successful integration into the team;
- Manage and prepare contracts for all employees, including outsourced and freelance services;

Employee relation management:
- Coordinate with line managers to solve employee relation issues.
- Implement and support monitoring employees’ satisfaction rates.
- Drive, influence, advise and support the cultural and people aspects of organizational change, structures, people process, and business improvement initiatives in order to improve business efficiency and people management allowing for planned growth.
- Conducting one-to-one interviews with employees on the results of the trial period and every 6 months of work.
- Organization of internal team building and holidays.
Human Resources Policies and Procedures:
- Maintain, update and improve HR policies, procedures, and work processes written in line with the company, local regulations;
- Ensures that all employees are properly orientated to have a general understanding of the Company's basic policies and regulations as well as compliance with government legislation.
- Carrying out termination/exit interviews with all terminating employees in Vietnam.
- Monitoring the company compliance regulations and report on violations. Handling violations of labor discipline.

Yêu cầu công việc

· Good working knowledge of labor/employment regulations & HR practices & policies in Vietnam.
· Candidate must possess at least a College Degree, Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
· At least 3 years of experience in HR manager at a foreign company.
· Understanding of Labor Legislation
· Excellent communication in both Vietnamese and English (speaking and writing)
· Mature and able to work independently with minimal supervision
· Excellent communication with an ability to communicate with all levels of staff and management
· Perfect in MS office
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Well organized, proactive with a positive attitude.
· Open to learning, adaptable and flexible.
