1. C&B
* Payroll: process payroll (calculate, reconcile, prepare for bank transfer, distribute payslip) timely, accurately, and compliantly.
* PIT:
- Complete monthly PIT declaration report to Tax Dept.
- Perform PIT finalization on yearly basis for all Vietnamese staff.
* Social Insurance
- Register social, health and unemployment insurance.
- Make claims for social insurance benefits for employees (sick leave, maternity leave, etc) and follow up payment for employees.
* Others:
- Ensure effective and efficient execution and delivery of HR policies, procedures and services in accordance with legal compliance and company requirements
- Support in implement and improve HR procedure, working policy, company regulation... to meet the business requirement and external trend.
- Prepare labor contract, offer letter, resignation document...
2. Recruitment
- Manage the end to end process for recruitment in order to build a strong talent pool /for the organization.
- Receive recruitment request from Hiring manager and make improvement of the Job Description to match with vacancy.
- Post job ads, analyze resumes, screen/pre-select/shortlist, having telephone interviews, schedule interviews.
Yêu cầu công việc
- A passion for what you do and desire to learn and grow
- At least 2 years experience in C&B (from 100 headcounts)
- Experience in mass recruitment is a plus
- Willingness to work in a high-volume
