• Analysis, consolidate and integrate the HR policies & procedures
• Study various HR process and build the measurement of HR effectiveness
• Develop and maintain HR data tools, reporting and dashboards, customize HR management report
• Build talent inventory and recommend development plan
• Design and build the HR Best practice, measure the HR effectiveness
Yêu cầu công việc
• University graduated in Human Resources Management
• Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in preferably in manufacturing multi-sites environment
• Sound knowledge of HR Process management
• Excel & Powerpoint expert. Strong in logical thinking & working with numerals
• Have demonstrated excellent skills in the areas of inter-personal, execution and problem solving
• Ability to collaborate across boundaries, disciplines, and cultures, especially in an evolving matrix environment
• Able to communicate in both English and Chinese Language.
