- This is the position that will directly support the Chief Accountant and Finance Manager in finance, accounting and C&B activities.
- General Accounting:
- Review and assure accurate financial data to prepare statements for Chief Accountant
- Check and verify supplier invoices, against necessary supporting documents
- Make payments via banks
- Strong knowledge about tax and tax filing
- Booking all AP transactions into Misa System
- Following up bank statements
- Working with banks
- Filling & scanning purchasing contracts & documents
- Other tasks assigned by Chief Accountant & Finance Manager
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Review and assure accurate data from C&B team members for correct payroll calculation
- Acquire key info to assure the payroll is prepared and ready on time
- Follow up the laptops, tools, assets
Yêu cầu công việc
- University graduates in accounting, auditing and financial - At least 4 years of experience in Accounting with good experience in C&B - Knowledge of Labor law, PIT law, obligated insurance laws, and related laws. - Good in Excel skill. - English
- High teamwork spirit, responsible and decisive
- Open to learning when facing difficult work obstacles and problems
- Determined & not afraid to push for the effective & timely results
- Well- organized, honesty and highly committed
- Be proactive to solve new issues
- And not afraid to work under pressure & messy startup environment
