Learning & Development Specialist

* Learning & Development:
- Analyze soft skills & management skills, training needs and plan training and L&D budget as well as suitable L&D programs.
Evaluate L&D options for employees, training outlines and materials according to the a-ctual needs.
- Coordinate with functional department heads for organizing internaltechnical/ functional training courses for internal staffs.
- Personally deliver some basic trainings and some specific activities sush as team-building, etc.
- Manage the online training library :
+ Ensure training materials are updated
+ Develop new online training materials
+ Coordinate with all departments to ensure each department has a
comprehensive course library developed
- Implement, monitor and follow training programs for each case in order to evaluate the quality of learning & development for manpower.
- Design, conduct, manage and develope training programs and company development activities; inclusive of logistics.
- Study and propose solutions to improve the quality of training.
- Maintain a training record/ database for necessary tracking & reports.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management team and HR Manager.
- In charge of on-boarding and induction programs and processes for new employees together with the TA specialist.
- Work closely with department heads and branch director to evaluate training results, efficiency, and experience of staffs after each course and activity.
* Cultural Organizational Development:
- Maintain a good communication and positive relationship with employees to promote employee satisfaction and ensuring a positive working environment.
- Planning, execute internal activities on special occasion to gathering and warm-up all employees.
- Budget controlling:
- Design, Supervise & Propose to get training budget assigned from BOD.

- Graduated from University, majoring in Business Administration, Human Resource Management,… or other related majors.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills (both Vietnamese and English).
- Strong networking skills; energetic.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation & presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and training skills.
- Familiar with MS Office, HR management software, Online learning and assessment tools, Email.
- English communication is an advantage.
- At least 03 year-experience working at professional in relevant position.
- Good looking
