Job Description
• Research and draft legal advice;
• Research and prepare legal documents;
• Participate in consulting and meeting with clients;
• Translate legal documents and other documents;
• Have a good relationship with clients, representatives of State Authorities;
• Update monthly legal documents;
• Corporate with law firms to follow up and complete in target task
• Store legal files and documents;
• Submit and follow up with the submission of application dossiers, legal documents related to licensing field;
. To arrange, prepare documents for management board meetings, office meetings, and to make meeting minutes.
. To translate, filing and assist other Secretarial tasks

Job Requirement
Skills and Key requirements:
- Knowledge in law (Industrial & Corporate).
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Be dynamic, creative and responsible
- Be able to analyse critically and logically
- Be able to work independently and under pressure
- Have presentation & consulting skills.
- Expert in using computer literature: Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet
Outlook Express
- Have at least 03 year experience in the same position.
