What you will do
- Understand the structure of Toss Vietnam's business model and provide advice on legal issues that may arise in service implementation.
- Review and respond to issues related to fintech business, personal (credit) information, and financial regulations.
- Supports response to various lawsuits, disputes, and complaints.
Yêu cầu công việc
Who you are
- More than 3 years of experience in a corporate advisory law firm or more than 5 years of experience as an in-house lawyer.
- Has experience reviewing laws and issues related to fintech and financial regulations.
- Communicate smoothly with employees from various backgrounds and has systematic legal sentence skills.
It is a plus to have:
- Experience in responding to regulators, and GR perspectives.
- Experience reviewing IT/new technology industries.
- Experience reviewing new businesses (acquiring new licenses).
