Mô tả công việc
• Monitor the license status of the Company, including its branches and stores/restaurants;
• Be responsible for the corporate issues;
• Negotiate the contracts, agreements as assigned by the Board of Directors;
• Prepare, review all kinds of contracts, agreements, official letters;
• Ensure the operation of the stores/restaurants in compliance with the law;
• Establish and develop government relationship for the Company;
• Set up and follow up the performance of internal policies, regulations;
• Advise the labour and tax issues;
• Settle down the litigation of the Company;
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.

Yêu cầu công việc
• University graduate with major in Law;
• 3-5 years of working experience in relevant position or in law firms;
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written) and good computing skills; and
• Willing to learn and able to work efficiently under pressure and with deadlines.
