- Review Contracts and consult on contract matters.
- Consult on commercial, promotion, and law matters related to Branch's operation.
- Responsible to apply for the licenses and certificates for Company and Branches as well as satisfy legal requests from local authorities.
- Compose official letters to authorities in both Vietnamese and English.
- Research relevant law stipulation and consult on issues arising from various activities of the Company.
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Background:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Laws (Commercial or Business)
2. Skills:
- Excellent command for both written and spoken in English;
- Be familiarized with MS Office;
- Be knowledgeable of Contract and Tax/Accounting Field (advantage);
- Have strong analytical, effective problem-solving, good communication skills;
- Be dynamic, creative, well-organized and hard-working.
3. Years of Experience:
- At least 03 years of experience in the required fields.
