- Review, draft and revise contract/agreements, and any other documents to support commerical transactions both in English and Vietnamese
- Participate in commerical contract negotiation both in English and Vietnamese not only with inside parties, but also with outsider parties including contractors, vendors and customers
- Provide corporate and commercial legal advice
- Responsible for compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain and update a variety of legal files and records
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in law (lawyer license very highly preferred)
- Having at least 5 years of legal experience in corporate law, drafting and negotiating commerical contracts, dealing with government departments on various legal matters and other related activities
- Fluent English both in writing and speaking
- Able to work independently
- Able to work under pressure
- Good international business acumen is a plus
