Legal Specialist

- Assist in drafting/reviewing of marketing activation/commercial contracts/other agreements.
- Assist in researching/drafting/reviewing/advising on promotion, advertisement, marketing activities, labor, commerce and other regulations relating to company operation.
- Assist in drafting/reviewing/advising of government filings necessary to comply with government rules and regulations.

- Monitor changes to law, finding and update legal regulatons under requirements of sponsor
- Summarising/updating new regulations by category relating to operation/organization of company, estimating any impact to company according to regulations of law.
- Preparing litigation documents/official dispatch sending to Authorities (if requested).
- Analyze basic legal issues, especially in areas of Labor, Corporate legal documents, ...
- Co-ordnate with/follow related dept/vendor/individual to handle legal problems issued from company operation
- Legal admin work: doing legal admin work including preparing and filling legal documents, archiving/providing internal documents to dept of company under requirements.
- Other incidental legal works requested by Legal Manager from time to time include general admin tasks offices.
