Legal Specialist

A. JOB PURPOSE:

• Assist several legal tasks of Legal & Compliance Department

B. KEY ACTIVITY:

1. Company licences:

• Handle the certificates, licenses of De Heus Vietnam and affiliates of De Heus Group in Vietnam

​2. Legal supports:

• Draft, review and consult the transactions, agreements in the scope of delegation.
• Support to solve disputes, complaints or legal proceeding of litigation, participate in supporting the resolution of disputes/litigations of the Company/Member Companies in accordance with the instructions of Head of Licences and/or Legal Manager.
• Ensuring activities within De Heus and member companies comply with the provisions of law and internal regulations of De Heus Group;

3. Administration works:

• Preserves all legal documents.

4. Legal research:

• Research and update the new regulations.

5. Others:

• Others as assigned by supervisor

C. RESULTS:

• Obtains all necessary certificates, licenses of De Heus Vietnam and affiliates of De Heus Group in Vietnam.
• Ensures that all required contracts being reviewed carefully and timely.
• Basing on the evaluation of supervisor.
• Preserves all legal documents safety, carefully and can be accessed in fast
• Quickly research and timely update.
