Mô tả công việc
- Lead the Market Entry / Licensing Team (Legal services) in alignment with the Company’s strategic objectives;
- Provide professional advisory to multinational clients seeking to establish or expand their presence in Vietnam;
- Guide and lead the team to fulfill the service deliverables and nurture high-potential talents;
- Build and maintain strong rapport and relationships with existing and potential clients;
- Participate in domestic and overseas business events, seminars, and workshops;
- Mentor and develop the team in order to cope with business/clients’ requirements and serve as advocates of employee engagement;
- Other assignments as required
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law / Business Administration / Commercial;
- Minimum 5 years in Market Entry / Licensing fields with practical experience at the Manager level;
- Familiar with Investment & Enterprise Laws, Company / Rep Office establishment procedures;
- Professional proficiency in English and Vietnamese;
- Strong client-facing experience and client-service mindset;
- Public speaking and experience in a consulting firm is a plus;
- Be a communicator and able to thrive in an MNC environment;
- Professional, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work under high pressure/deadlines.
