- Responsible for purchasing Dept , Admin Dept: driver, receptionist, maid & canteen section.
* Purchasing (50%)
- General Purchase & Suppliers' contact (finding suppliers, get quotation, price comparison)
- Follow up overall purchasing work of TCI, monitor purchasing & admin staff
- Doing paper work, reports
* Admin & Assistant to Managing Director (50%)
- Travelling arrangement (hotel, flight, transportation) for MD and visitors as requested
- Cost comparison for all flight reservations & Flight requesting form record and filing in
- Keep & archive all important documents filing & easy for searching
- Receptionist, drivers, Office maids & Canteen management
- Car booking management
- Uniform management
- Complete each job assignment by Assistant to MD.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Female, Bachelor in Business Administration, Economic, Foreign languages or relevant fields.
- Strong in Administration and Management.
- Good Negotiation, Problem solving, Communication, Coaching & mentoring skill.
- Be a good team player and look to make contribution with a friendly climate by proactively share ideas/up -to date relevant information which encourage team performance.
- Good command in Microsoft Office
- Good command in English.
- At least 3 years working in the same role
