Marketing Manager

- Manage activities of the marketing department: managing the promotion and positioning of a brand or the products and services that a company sells.
- Develop marketing plans including image production plan, product launch, social - PR activities, events to ensure synchronization with the company’s strategy and mission.
- Understand, develop and monitor marketing budget to ensure cost-effectiveness of all marketing activities.
- Oversee and monitor all marketing plan execution, constantly track performance across all channels on sales & marketing dashboard.
- Conceptualize and lead the development of monthly marketing campaigns. Collaborate with Sales and Operations departments to ensure strong sales performance
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness. Monitor and communicate post-campaign metrics with related teams.
- Manage and plan to produce materials for sales and marketing departments
- Coordinate with the sales team in planning and implementing agent events/image materials/video clips to help agents promote sales to support sales team achieving KPI.
- Research competitive landscape in related fashion/ sport and eCommerce businesses. Understand online merchants and end-users. Identify potential communication channels
- Build and grow marketing team by recruiting, training, developing, managing, and engaging team members
- Manage day-to-day operations of the marketing team in order to produce, monitor, and optimize marketing campaigns
- Develop strong and productive relationships with the media, key opinion leaders, and social influencers, especially in the field of Business and fashion retail/wholesale
- Reporting the results of MKT team activities
- Other jobs assigned by the Country Manager

Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 2 years of Brand Manager is prefer
- Influential & alignment skill with cross-function & high-level stakeholders.
- Excellent at project management.
- Can-do attitude with strong influencing skill, delivering the results and able to make change.
- Good analytical, strategic thinking for brand management.
- Be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, both in Vietnamese and English
- Desiring to develop with Dunlopillo
