• Works with DOSM to manage marketing budget throughout year.
• Evaluates new marketing opportunities for the resort (Digital marketing via Facebook, Twitter…)
• Negotiation skill on payment by barter, vouchers...Instead of cash
• Works with media buyer to plan and execute advertising (connect to high end media for resort image exposure (Dep Magazine, Life Style, MTV filming….)
• Good connection to Expat community, events of luxury tradeshow (cars, jewelry, clothes…) for resort image exposure
• Plans and supervises all photo shoots, developing shot list
• Assists property with materials, tracking/analysis and presentations An Lam when applicable.
• Participates in all resort imaging work (e.g., signage).
• Ensures property is represented on relating quality internet sites that have the potential of providing business.
• Works closely with respective Convention Bureaus and Chambers of Tourism.
• Develops brochure and hotel collateral materials.
• Provides all sales channels with creative and unique tools to assist in the sales and marketing of the property.
• Identifies and communicates with distribution channels that can sell the hotel promotion programs.
• Assists in region-wide coordination of rooms, food and beverage, spa
• Discuss with DOSM to develop leisure marketing plan that addresses the distribution of rate offers, packages and programs designed to build occupancy.
• Maintains, updates, and manages relating resort marketing web sites.
• Coordinates offers and information for all publications and inserts with regard to brand loyalty reward mailings.
• Ensures consistent marketing message is communicated in all advertising and collateral efforts.
• Develops strategic marketing plan for property, includes group, leisure and local efforts.
• Keeps detailed files and records on all matters relative to property's marketing materials (photo usage rights, vendor contracts, etc.)
• Ensures that property is following relating marketing guidelines which are met with local regulations.
• Ensures consistency in individual property's voice on all guest touch-points and marketing communications
• Keeps track of actual versus planned marketing budgets and provides input and recommendations as needed regarding reallocation of funding.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
• Ability to develop and sustain productive customer relationships; actively seeking information to understand and address customers' needs.
• Good presentation skills.
• University degree in marketing, mass communications, advertising, journalism, or any other related discipline
• Working experience in a resort in the same position at least one year is an advantage
