Mô tả công việc
- Receiving all phone calls, includes customers’ orders, inquires, complaints,… and recording accordingly.
- Answering inquiries and solving complaints within limit (I.e.: trade promotion scheme, product information, orders status,…).
- Forwarding all issues which are out of limits to the department windows and following up to make sure all complaints replied to the customers accordingly.
- Ensuring that all necessary checks for all sales orders are performed before the encoding.
- Coordinating with all relevant departments and principals to verify irregular orders.
- Processing sales orders received from any order sources into the system.
- Contact customer to inform back order information to process accordingly.
- Filing document orderly as SOP (Sales order, report,…).
- Handling all tasks assigned by the CS Supervisor (I.e.: back-up planning, making the statistic report, database review,…).
- Attending training provided by the company which are necessary to handle the job.
- Attending department and company meetings if required.
- Adhering to the company policy.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated from High School upon, intermediate of pharmaceutical is preferred.
- Good MS Office & English skill.
- Good communication & willing to learn.
- Have experience/knowledge of SAP system is highly preferred.
