Facebook/Instagram/Youtube Ads

• Develop and manage Facebook ads campaigns.
• Work closely with Marketing Manager and Athlete Development (AD) team to plan the strategy, execution implement and measure the business impact of Facebook ads.
• Assists the AD in creating an impactful marketing strategy to capture the company's target market through audience segmentation, a/b testing and conversion rate optimization
• Coordinate with the Marketing Design and Content teams to create advertising materials
• Measure and report performance of all Facebook ads campaigns
• Configure event tracking via pixels or Google Analytics custom events to measure campaign results.
• Report & analyze all ads campaign & normal posts

Website:

• Plan, implement, manage, monitor and upgrade the organization's website.
• Website & blog maintenance/updating
• Track, compile, and analyze web site usage data.
• Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues.
• Collaborate with all staff and management to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organization’s standards.
• Keep up-to-date with industry best practice and monitor competitor websites.

EDM

• Creating and monitoring a wide variety of email marketing campaigns
• Ensuring design and layouts of emails are optimized, user and mobile-friendly
• Proofreading key messaging in and out of email templates
• Compiling email lists
• Purging email lists
• Securing email databases for future campaigns
• Following up on emails
