1. Recruitment (weight 40%)
- Develop and Execute Recruiting Plans
- Work with hiring managers on recruiting planning meetings.
- Create job descriptions.
- Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
- Conduct regular follow
- up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
- Post openings in online venues, classifieds, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.
- Utilize the internet for recruitment.
- Network Through Industry Contacts, Association Memberships, Trade Groups and Employees
- Locate and document where to find ideal candidates.
- Aid public relations in establishing a recognizable employer of choice reputation for the company, both internally and externally.
- Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads.
- Create contacts within the industry.
- Attend local professional meetings and membership development meetings.
- Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates.
- Develop and Track Measurable Facets of the Recruiting and Hiring Process

2. HR development (Weight 40%)
- As an expert in finding gaps in skills and competencies of employees and delivers the tailored training program.
- Design programs, which fits within the available budget and sets the right qualification criteria for training participants.
- As a former Training Administrator and understands the training portfolio in the organization and all training related processes in the organization. Offer interesting bundles of training sessions to meet the main targets of the internal client.
- Keep track of all Employee training records/ outcome and provide the Management with the necessary feedback for improvement of Training activities.
3. Salary/benefit and appraisal structure (Weight 10%)
- Design and develop fair and rewarding salary and bonus structure as well as evaluation system.
- Direct, control the preparation and maintenance of the remuneration strategy and appropriate terms and condition of employment in order to ensure that company is able to attract, retain and motivate staff.
4. HR Compliance & maintenance (Weight 5%)
- Direct, control the maintenance of an awareness of legal recruitment in HR/GA and provide legal advice to management.
5. Leadership and Self Development (5%)
- Lead ship skill and self
- development to contribute to success of HR management and HR performance 6. HR Teamwork mind and Dynamic PDCA

Yêu cầu công việc

- Minimum 2 years in HR Dept. of manufacturing company
- Fluency in both spoken and written English
- Japanese language capability is plus
