Nhân viên Nhân sự (HR Staff)
Mô tả công việc
1. Recruitment (30%): Conduct the staffing activities by determining the appropriate hiring channels to utilize the candidate pool; screening the job applications and coordinating the interviews with line managers; consulting for the line managers in hiring decision making to hire qualify candidate on time.
2. C&B (20%): Manage compensation & benefit following centralize policy (salary monthly payment, SHUI, PIT).
3. Other responsibilities:
- Conduct all training activities follow business requirement and centralize development policy and plan.
- Support HR Manager in the following and monitoring the performance management system.
- Manage all HR document (hard copy and soft copy) following 5S. Cooperate with related government office to ensure HR compliance, especially update HR report to government.
- Participate in HR project case by case basis and when required.
Yêu cầu công việc
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of business management, human resource management or related fields
- 1-3 years in HR, especially strong in recruitment
- Experience in the same industry is an advantage
Language Proficiency:
- English TOEIC Score: min 500 points
- Other language: Korean or Chinese is an advantage
Technical/Behavior Competencies:
- Computer skill (Ms. Office: Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook)
- Presentation Skill, Communication with Impact, Interview Skills
- Labor Relation, Law and Regulations
- Thời gian thử việc: 60 days
- Thời gian làm việc: 8:00 - 16:30, Monday - Saturday
