Mô tả công việc
• Conducting trademark search and prepare search report
• Handling trademark prosecution and enforcement works
• Managing IP portfolios for clients in various countries
• Liaising with government departments and foreign trademark agents
• Drafting letter to clients and agents
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Yêu cầu công việc
• Diploma in law or Legal studies; qualified industrial property attorneys or qualified lawyers will be advantageous
• Experience in trademark works, including e-filing
• Good written and verbal communication in English; proficiency in other languages will be advantageous
• Familiarity with local and international trademark laws and practice
• Must be meticulous, well-organised and comfortable working with tight timelines
• Must be able to work well under pressure and be self-motivated
