Mô tả công việc
• Create Purchase Orders from Requisitions (Using ERP and Excel).
• To ensure orders are placed with the right goods, services, with right quality, specifications and leadtime.
• Liase with vendors to get product and service information such as price, availability and delivery schedule.
• Coordinate with QC department and vendors/suppliers in case quality issues occur.
• Process receipts and invoices for payment.
• Undertake occasional ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
• University/College Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics,...
• At least 1 year of sourcing/purchasing experience in manufacturing industry. HAving experience in logistic area is a plus.
• Required language(s): English or china.
• Able to work independently, communicate with multi-level management and under tight deadline.
• Good at Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Meticulous, proactive and logical thinking.
