- Managing and build-up Admin team, in order to support all scope of administrative task such as payment process, supply tools, and equipment to branch, take care of Rental of all branches across South region….
- Managing and build-up C&B team, supporting OPS team in all scope of C&B scope of work such as Labor contract / Social Insurance ….
- Managing and build-up Recruitment team, supporting OPS team whenever they have hiring request
- Managing and build-up Internal Comms team, ensure good Communication and Engagement across the South region
- Managing and build-up Internal Trainer, make sure that all employee are equipped with the knowledge to get things done best
- Strategic planning for short-term and long-term plan of HR scope of work
- Other task assigned by Line Manager

- Requirements: Experience in HRM/ HRBP Manager/ HR General Manager/ HR & Admin Manager
- Training opportunities:
- Participate in internal training courses: online/offline
- Opportunities to promote to higher positions: Senior, Team Leader, Manager etc.
- Age: 26 - 33
- Working time: 10 AM - 6 PM. Monday - Friday (Saturday is optional)
