The Officer – Compensation & Benefits is responsible operational services in compensation and benefit administration. In this role, the position holder will follow an individual work plan, meet day-to-day & short-term objectives and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.

Main responsibilities are, but not limited to, the following:
- Responsible for supporting compensation and benefit administration processes including employee consultation regarding benefits such as insurance, other company’s benefits and pay as well as modifications associated with these transactions
- Be a partner with other HR team members to ensure HR Operational Services delivered in a timely, effective and proper way.
- Build and maintain effective working relations with other departments’ managers and employees to advise both on employee-related and transaction-related matters.
- Manage administrative process of employee lifecycle including but not limited to labor contract, labor contract annex, employees’ personal profile management, resignation procedures… through using appropriate tools and methods.
- Apply HR and payroll policies and procedures, assist in the implementation of new policies as required
- Keep updates on legal changes, initiate changes where necessary

Yêu cầu công việc

- University degree or higher in Accounting, Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 2 years related experience in compensation and benefits administration in multi-national companies.
- Good knowledge of HR practices and applicable legal knowledge
- Ability to work at all levels of the organization
- Ability to build effective business relationships
- Strong organizational skills of day-to-day tasks
- Results oriented
- Demonstrated experience of balancing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Strong English oral and written communication skills.
