Planning Manager (Purchasing)

* Planning:
- Plan and monitor production quantity for both domestic and export by daily, including loading plan and inventory status
- Coordinate with Sale & Marketing Department to update order information and delivery requirement from customer
- Prepare & review all contract and report related to warehouse
- Manage and negotiate with service supplier related to warehouse department
- Plan for receiving & distributing goods (Raw Material) for production on time and enough quantity
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Sales and marketing Department to make sure that the products are inspected before loading to our customer
- Manage and coordinate with all related parties to ensure enough warehouse space for keeping finished goods and raw material stock
- Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: hires, trains, assigns work, manages & evaluates performance, conducts professional development plans. Ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership.
- Develops and adheres to departmental staffing, revenue and/or expense budgets. Responds to changes in the business which may affect the ability to achieve the budget goals.
- Directs the operation of the departments and integrates services within the department and with other departments or the System
* Purchasing:
- Manage and ensure all material inventory level enough for production department
- Monitor and support production department to supply enough finish goods stock levels for domestic and export market
- Monitor and report all materials using related to law & regulation including control norm register for export declaration
- Managing, and negotiate with all existing raw material supplier and sourcing for new supplier
- Support and supervise all activities to achieve possible lowest cost, highest quality and fastest delivery time
- Supervise and monitor for all contract related to Supply Chain Management department
- Propose the new business ideas to establish the Supply Chain system
- Responsible for checking and signing all reports which were made by subordinates
- Deploy the company objectives and target throughout organization
- Continually monitor and evaluate activities of subordinates and instruct them if necessary
- Lead in the development, support and adherence to the annual operating and capital budget for the Purchasing Department
- Lead in the continuing improvement of purchasing and customer service quality results by studying, evaluating and redesigning processes as needed
- Lead in the development, selection and implementation of critical technologies to drive efficiency and improve purchasing and customer service
Yêu cầu công việc
- Experience in manufacturing environment, supply chain management, logistic, warehouse management or related industry
- Languages: fluent in English, second languages (if possible): Chinese and/or Korean
- Demonstrate professional and public relations skills with customers and vendors
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- The ability to effectively lead, train and inspire a positive attitude among team members
- Extensive experience and comprehension of computer applications is a requirement (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Planning software)
- Good communication and presentation skills
