* Report line: HoD/CEO and HR Director
The Manager, HR & Administration Group guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources & Administration services, policies, and programs.
The major areas the HR & Administration Group include:
- Talent Acquisition and Management
- Organization Development
- Performance Management System
- Labor Relations
- Compensation & Benefits
- Payroll Management
- Administrative Operations
- To undertake other tasks as and when assigned by HoD/CEO
Yêu cầu công việc
* Must have
- University Degree, major in Law, Human Resources,
- 5 years of relevant working experience the same level position
- Good knowledge of Vietnamese labor rules/regulations
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Good leadership skill
- Computer literacy
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership skill and social capabilities
