- Manage human resources operations.
- Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Develop and administer human resources plans and procedures that relate to company staff.
- Plane, organize, and control the activities and actions of the HR department.
- Prepare monthly and annual salary and payroll records.
- Manage social insurance processes and filings.
- Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems.
- To nurture a culture of trust, respect, sensitivity and teamwork in the Company.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Fluent in Vietnamese and high-level of English language (writing and speaking).
- Minimum 3 years of direct experience in Human resource function: C&B, recruitment.
- Experience or education in HR Management.
- Highly organized, creative and a good communicator.
- Flexible, honest and proactive.
- Eager to learn and apply Joma’s management philosophy (“Gentle but firm”).
- Energetic, motivating and approachable.
- High commitment to Joma’s core values and mission.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office - Word, Excel.
