Job Description
• Answering and forwarding phone calls,
• Take and relay the messages
• Welcome visitors nicely
• Sorting and distributing correspondence and documents
• Managing reception area
• Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment (lights, printers, photocopiers, document cabinets, etc...)
• Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies (water, tea, coffee, stationery, etc...)
• Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
• Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
• Making payment requests as required
• Prepare some periodical reports
• Perform other related duties as required
• Being responsible for office operation, administrative and general affairs,
• Supporting and co-ordinate with other departments as required
• Other tasks assigned by Managers

Yêu cầu công việc

• Good-looking appearance
• Good command of English, especially in speaking and writing
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint...)
• Have polished communication skills
• Be well-organized, friendly and polite
• Be confident and self-motivated
• Fluent in English ( speaking and writing)
• Flexible in dealing and solving the hard situation
• Honest, careful and well organizational skills.
• Minimum 1 year experiences in same position (New graduates are accepted)
