Receptionist Cum Administrative Officer

- Listen and receive phone calls coming to the company, transfer the phone calls to the recipient's phone number or record information as needed;
- Receive dispatches, papers sent to the company. To sort and forward them to the recipient;
- Control and export the data of time sheet, finger scan printing, leave days;
- Assist the company leaders to welcome guests;
- Assist arranging and preparing the meetings, conferences;
- Arrange suitable transportation for employees' business trips (Ex: Flight tickets, rental cars, taxi tickets, etc.);
- Manage office cleaning monthly and make a request to pay expenses;
- Keep track of expenses incurred during the month (expenses of electricity, parking for employees, courier, internet, telephone ...);
- Keep track of the invoices to match the costs incurred, check the invoice information upon receipt then transfer it to the Accounting Department;
- Work with the building management board to solve problems arising in the office;
- Arrange and print documents as needed;
- Arrange flowers or gifts for customers upon requirement;
- Be responsible for office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies;
- Comply with all company policies and procedures and adhere to company standards;
- Manage and track assets, equipment, and stationery at the office;
- Create and update records and databases with personnel and other data;
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary;
- Handle social activities such as company trip, year-end party, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Candidate must possess at least a College Degree;
- Having at least 02 years of experience in the same position;
- Being good at English is preferred;
- Agile, careful, honest, good communication;
- Covering the work within the assigned tasks;
- Responsible for the job, self-discipline at work;
- Actively handle the arising tasks, promptly report the company leaders the jobs outside the scope of responsibilities.
